Based on the approved Rules for selection, implementation and inspection of sub-projects within the National Centre for Energy project, we kindly ask the sub-project investigators to prepare a brief sub-project implementation report showing the status quo as of June 30, 2020. The interim report will contain information on the current situation of the sub-project, the fulfilment of the objectives, the activities carried out, achieved outputs and the budget disbursement.
Please send the interim report by email to the Centre's Project Coordinator - , by July 29, 2020, at the latest, who will forward it, after thorough completeness and formal correctness check, to the Expert Guarantor to be reviewed. They will then prepare an expert evaluation of the current situation of the sub-project implementation by August 31, 2020, at the latest. The evaluation will be subsequently submitted to the Centre Council which will then decide on its approval/disapproval and on the sub-project further operation or termination.
